TEP Capital Announces Acquisition of Domczar.
TEP Capital, a Warsaw-based private equity investor, is proud to announce its acquisition of Domczar from existing shareholders.
Domczar, a leading European producer of prefabricated bathroom pods, operates from a modern plant in Kolno and employs around 170 people. Domczar has a stable and recurring client base comprised of real estate investors and general constructors operating in various segments, including residential buildings, PRS, hotels, student accommodations, and others. While the majority of the company's products are shipped across Europe, Domczar has also completed numerous projects in Poland, including the landmark NYX Hotel Warsaw in Varso Place.
Prefabricated bathroom pods play an increasing role on modern construction sites across Europe and globally. Their advantages over on-site construction include lower project costs, cost certainty, shorter and guaranteed timelines, and superior, factory-ensured quality. Off-site pods are versatile solutions compatible with all construction methods, technologies, or materials.
"We are delighted to welcome Domczar into our portfolio and would like to extend our gratitude to the sellers for entrusting their company to TEP Capital. We are excited about the potential to extend Domczar's market reach. The company offers great value to its customers, and its products solve real problems in the industry. For all its current customers, Domczar is either the first choice or the only provider. In our market research, we have not encountered a single off-site pods customer who would return to on-site construction. This reinforces our optimism about the potential growth in the upcoming years" said Tomasz Woźniak, managing partner at TEP Capital.
In this transaction, TEP Capital was assisted by MJH Legal, Crido, and Krotowski Adwokaci.
